The Coronation Celebrations.

Programme of the day’s proceedings— -9 a,in- —The Foxton Rifle Volunteers will assemble at Drill-shed with Band, 9.15 a.m.—Volunteers leave Drillshed and march up Main Street to Flagstaff. 9.30 a.m.—Volunteers will fire a feu dejoie. 9.45 a.m.—Volunteers will break off. 10.30 a.m.—Volunteers fall in for church parade. 11 a.m.—Church Services, 1.30 p.m.—Volunteers will leave Drill-shed and march to School ground, headed by the Band. The school children will assemble in playground, formed in half square. Mr Noonan will, present bis banner to the Chairman of School Committee. Volunteers, School Cadets,' School Committee and children headed - , by His Worship the Mayor, will form a procession and march to Post Office and back to the Triangle. 2 p.m.—His Worship the Mayor will address the public. Miss Hennesay-will hoist the N.Z. Ensign to the masthead, and the Misses Fraser and Jenks will hoist a flag each to the yard arm. Volunteers and Cadets will salute, the Band will play, and the children will sing “God save the King.” The Volunteers will fire a salute. 2.15 p.m.—Procession of decorated vehicles leave Union Street and file past judge at Flagstaff. 2.30 p.m.—Close of procession, Band, Volunteers, Cadets, children and public will march to the Hall paddocks. 2.45 p.m.—Exhibition of Physical Drill by School Cadets. 2.50 p.m. —Exhibition of Physical Drill by Volunteers. 3 p. m . —Afternoon tea for children at the Public Hall, 3.15 p.m. —Hakas. 3,20 p.m.—Poi Dances. _ 7 p.m.—llluminations will be judged. Fireworks will be- let off. 8 p.m. —Promenade Concert by the Foxton Brass Band. 9.30 p.m.—“ God Save the King by the public, with firing of a salute by the Volunteers. FRIDAY, 27th JUNE. Ball, —Plain and fancy dress at the Public Hall from 8 to 1.30 p.m. SATURDAY, 28th JUNE. Ball.—Plain and fancy dress for children only, from 7 to 10 p.m-
