The Boverlo’s Horses.

The owner of the horses shipped by the Boverio is meeting with further trouble. Originally the horses were valued at £35 each, but owing to the delay consequent on the breakingdown of the steamer in the Pacific and to the termination of the war the owner was unwilling to place them on a depreciated market. f The shippers insisted on fulfilling their contract to land the horses at Durban, and were proceeding to reembark them when, it is alleged, they were prevented by the owner of the horses, against whom an injunction was subsequently obtained restraining' him from interfering with their re-era-barkation. It is understood that further proceedings are pending.
