Messrs Levin and Co., Ltd., report : —We offered 20 bales wool and 750 skins to-day. Bidding was keen, buyers now operating with more confidence than has been the case for many months past. Crutchings are coming to hand more freely, and meet with good sale at from 2d to 2|d for medium good quality. We quote Crutchings, medium 2d to 2|d ; crutchings, low and seedy, IJd to l|d ; fine crossbred skins, 4d to 4sd ; good crossbred skins, to to 3|d • lamb skins, 3d to 3|d : dead skins, 2d to 2|d.
