The-Mill site of twenty acres or thereabouts, being part of Section “ 282 ” Taratahi Plain Block and of th® Hikawera No. 1 Block, held for a term of 2 years from the Ist December, 1901, under an Agreement in writing dated the 2nd day of November, 1901. 2. The Flax cutting rights over Sections 230, 231 and 232 Taratahi Plain Block, held for a term of 2 years from the Ist December, 1901, under an Agreement in writing dated the 2nd November, 1901. 3. The Buildings consisting of a Stripping Shed and Scutching Shed now standing on the said Mill Site and which are removable by the tenant, together together with a 10-horse power Stationery Engine, Boiler, Scutcher, Stripper and accessories therewith. The whole of the foregoing property will be offered for sale as a going concern in one lot in exercise of the powers conferred on the Mortgagees by a Mortgage dated the 26th day of November, 1901.
