Colonial Premiers.
Arrangements have been made for the colonial Premiers to visit the provincial centres. Prior to the Coronation and other festivities, they will be given a banquet at the Guildhall, a picnic on the Thames, and a ball at the Hotel Cecil. Sir Henry Irving is also arranging several theatrical receptions.
