Justices’ Court.
(Before Messrs Alf Fraser and F. it. Jenks, J.’b P-) Mojjoay, 12th .May. John Spelman, for drunkenness, third offence within six mouths. As .defendant promised to leave the town* he was fined 20s or 7 days. John Page, for' drunkenness, was convicted and discharged. The same offender, for assault, was fined 10a or 48 hours’ imprisonment. Claude Allen, charged with assault, was remanded to the 15th inst.
