Sale by Auction as agoing concern of a valuable Flax Mill and Plant, situate near Groytown, known as the Black Bridge Flax Mill, by Order of the Mortgagees and under conduct or the Registrar of the Supremo Court of New Zealand. Cooper, Esq., RegbCar at Wellington of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, to sell by Public Auction at their Rooms, Grey town North, on the 30th day of May, 1902, at 2 p.m., all that Flax Mill and Plant, the property of Alexander Harper, situate near Grey town North, consisting of — 1. The Mill site of twenty acres or thereabouts, being part of Section *• 232 ” Taratahi Plain Block and of the Hikawera No. 1 Block, held for a term of 2 years from the Ist December, 1901, under an Agreement in writing dated the 2nd day of November, 1901. 2. The Flax cutting rights oyer Sections 280, 231 and 282 Taratahi Plain Block, held fo a term of 2 years from the Ist December, 1901, under an Agreement in writing dated the 2nd November, 1901. 8. The Buildings consisting of a Stripping Shed and Scutching Shed now standing on the said Mill Site and which are removable by the tenant, together together with a 10-horse power Stationery Engine, Boiler, Scutcher, Stripper and accessories therewith.
