Shooting.

On May 7th the Government will give 24 prizes for shooting at ranges of 500 and 600 yards, which will be open to all comers, volunteers, rifle clubs and civilians, with any military rifle and in any position. The total amount of prizes is kia 12s 4d, and the entrance fee is two shillings per man. v The sub-district extends from Feilding to Otaki. Evidently this will afford m opportunity to good shots of acquiring a little ready money.
