i._ ■ RIOTOUS SOCIALISTS. farther rioting has taken place among Socialists. Many have been wounded and arrested in Brussels. Dynamite outrages have been perpetrated in the Mons. Liege and Charleroi districts, whither artillery, chasseurs and members of the Civic Guard have been summoned. The Socialists threaten to bring twenty thousand armed miners to Brussels. Ball cartridge has been served to the troops.
