A Narrow Escape at Rotorua.
A TOURIST IS SCALDED AND HIS LEG BROKEN. An Australian party of tourists, visiting the Waimanga geyser, near Rotorua, were standing on the bank when the big geyser shot up five hundred feet. One of the party, Mr Johnston, while running from the falling stones, fell into a hot strfeam, one leg being scalded and the other broken.
