The usual weekly meeting of the Try Again Lodge, No. 67, was held on Thursday evening, and was well attended. Baring the midsummer holidays, owing to the absende of many members from the district, tbo Lodge did not meet for some weeks; but the regular meetings have now been resumed, and the prospects of the Lodge are very bright indeedi v Many new members of the right sort - have been initiated, and more are coming. The following have bean installed by the L.D. officers for the current quarter:—C.T , Bro. T. Westwood ; V.T., Sister,M. Walker; C, Bro. Forster: S. and T., Bro. Archibald ; A.S., Bro. Leggett; F.S. Bro. Hooker; M., Bro. Blanche; Gi, Sister F. Simpson; Sent., Bro. E. Westwood. The name of Bro. Stewart was forwarded to the Grand Lodge for the positions of L.D. and ’ E.D. After routine and special business readings, songs, recitations, &c , were given. Some parour games followed, and altogether a very pleasant and profitable evening was spent. At 9.80 the Lodge was closed in due form by the C.T , Bro. T. Westwood. 1
