Interviewing a Baby.
AS ENFIELD EPISODE. fas the first time in my life writes ft in a contemporary, I was told off a baby, who by realm of certain Vicissitude* had become tneiblroiu* of the day. • j baby ” wa* a p!ea»ant-faceo little gfclo# three and a half, and although she 3b<nwi h lively interest in the proceedings, I jAfeieqaently found it necessary to interviewer by deputy In the shape of her mother. Mrs M. J. Jones, of Enfield, near Oamaru. Con oerning the various viossitudes through which Jitt i« Ethel has passed, M r c Jones said "She has already had more than her share of sorrows, for when she was only si* months old she baoame fearfully ill, due either to teething or vaccination. Later on congestion of the lungs resulted and was followed by consumption of the bowels. By this time she was quite emaciated and\despite the skilled treat* ment of two doctors she continued to deellat; the doctors advised an operation
but neither my husband nor I wou'd consent and at last wa were told that Ethel could not last more than a few months. The pain in her stomach must have bien excruciating, for she had hard y any sleep at all and wa had to sit up night after night with her. At this stage we read of some cures affected in children’s cases by Dr Williams’ pink pills for pale people. The full details and address is ware available and being convinced of their truthfulness, we purchased some pills for baby, who was little more than a year old when we began giving them to her. When she had taken the contents of two boxes the stomach pains had lessened so much that she was able to sleep soundly. She took to her food again and it appeared to nourish her. From that time we could see her improving weak after week, and after using several more boxfuls she regained perfect health. You can see to-day how strong and happy she is. Children suffer from malnutrition (inability to obtain benefit from food) and from moat illnesses that afflict grown up people, What will remove the cause of disease in an adult, will in proper doses, do as much for children (particulars of doses on every wrapper). Rickets, general weakness and failure to "get on” which so many children suffer from, yie d with remarkable promptitude to Dr Williams’ pink pills; and they care (in adults) liver and kidney troubles, debility, dyspepsia, unstrung nerves, rheumatism, sciatica, and even consumption. Obtainable from chemists and storekeepers and the Dr Williams’ Medicine Co., Wellington, three three shillings per box, six boxes sixteen and six, post free. Truthful records of cured people sent in pamph'et form to all who apply. .
