Unrest in Germany.
Count voa Bulow, the Imperial Chancellor, speaking in Reichstag, said the Fatherland was indivisible, and would uphold the unity of the German language as far as possible. He described the Polish agitation as fanatical and disloyal,- and said the Government would provide means to raise the condition of the German peasantry in the eastern provinees and to promote industry. The Chancellor also intimated th at it was intended to add to the garrisons.
