The Friendly Societies' Sports.

On Tuesday next the great event of the Friendly Societies takes place, when they come, literally, in liieir thousands to Foxton. Our residents should roll-up for the sports v bich are always good, and to see the crowds. The Palmerston Brass Band will play. The Palmerston train will at rive at 10.20 a.m. ; Woodville train at n a.m. ; and Feilding train at 11.30 a.m.
