The Te Horo Drainage Case.
Yesterday the jury returned the'r verdict in the action between Francis Robinson and Walter George Robinson, of Foxton, sheepfarmers, and Alexander John Hadfield, of Te H-.rj, sheepfarmer, plaintiffs, and the chairman, councillors and inhabitants of the Horowhenua county, defendants. The verdict was in favour oi the plaintiffs, and £150 damages was awarded in respect of water from the Paetawa swamp.
