For Sandon a train leaves Foxton at 3.0 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays, and 1.30 p.m on Wednesday. On Thursdays and Saturdays a train leaves Foxton at 3.60 p.m. for the North. For the Sotjth — A coach leaves Whyte's Hotel every morning at 6.30 a.m. for Shannon, connecting with the down train to Otaki and Wellington. The [ coach also connects with the up train from Wellington. The s.s. Queen of the South leaves the Foxton wharf for Wellington on 5 Tuesdays, Thuredays and Saturdays, circumstances permitting.
