The Russians have ordered the foreign officials to vacate the houses occupied by them at the Tonku connection of the railway. The British has sent a body of infantry and cavalry to protect the officials. The Times' Pekin correspondent states that China will willingly concede everything demanded by Ministers, excepting the execution of the Princes and officials, which is impossible while the Imperial Court is in their hands.
