PUNISHMENT OF THE BOXERS.
Tungfushiang and Tushien, two chief criminals concerned in the outrages, have been omitted by the Chinese Government from the list punished, and it has been announced to the Chinese authorities that the punishment was inadequate for the enormity of the crimes, and delegates of Ministers of the Powers point out that the Government ought to execute the penalties awarded. General Linyungfu, with an array of Cantonese Black Flags, is marching from Hunan to Singafu.
