Left it to the Jury.
Joseph Gilbrook was charged at Dublin with the theft of articles. x>f jewellery from his employer. When asked by the clerk of the Crown the usual question, "Are you guilty or not guilty ?" Joseph Gilbrook made an unusual reply. That, he said with CTavity, "is a question for the jury to decide."
