months ago, they have toured all through New Zealand, meeting with great success everywhere. Tn addition to their ordinary entertainment, which is well-known to Foxton they have added one of Edison's latest Biograph machines, which is capable of throwing large animated pictures with cibsolutely no vibration, thereby relieving the eyes from the strain which is experienced by looking at t pictured on other machines. Their repertoire consists of Boer war pictures humorous pictures, Maskeleyen's and Cook's illusions and a realistic picture of the Queen's recent visit to Ireland. The company consists of Mr Ralph. Steele, Miss Lizzie Payne (Mrs Steele), tneir eight-year-old son, Master Claude, of whom the Auckland Press speaks with great praise for his rendering of " Break the news to Mother," in which he is attired as a -« member of the New Zealand Contingent, Mr Jas. Williams and Miss Kate Maher, who are both established here as favourites, and Mr G. Blackly, an expert operator for the Biograph and limelight, which will also be utilised to illustrate several of the , songs and part-songs. {
