Parr's Bank Robbery.
A man named Goss, formerly a clerk in Parr's Bank, London, has been arrested and remanded on a charge of having stolen £60,000 from the Bank in January, 1899, atwhich time £70,000 in notes disappeared from the cashier's drawer. Goss admitted that he cashed some of the missing notes, which he alleges that he found in a pocket of his office coat.
