Tho NEW A C SURANCES issued amounted to £8,955,685. a sum IN EXCESS of that granted in any year since 1891. The TOTAL ASSURANCES in force (including Bonus additions) now amountlto £64,843,821. The NET INCREASE to Ihe volume of business in force is THE LARGEST in any year since 1891. The ACCUMULATED FUND amounts to £16,074,740, and the ANNUAL INCOME to £2,259,357. The RESERVE set apart for the possible DEPRECIATION of SECURITIES fnow stands at £266,692. l The DIVISIBLE SURPLUS for the year amounts to £506,182, yielding REVERSIONARY BONUSES of about £942,500.
