Louis Rees, charged with committing a grossly indecent act in a public place, pleaded not guilty. He was convicted, and discharged with a caution.
Charles H. Collins was charged with driving a cart without a light. He admitted the offence. Fined as 6d, and costs 7s. Constance Harris was charged with allowing her cbimnsy to takt Are.
The offence was admitted. Fined it 6d and costs 73. Mark Perreau was charged with riding a bicycle at night without a light. Admitted. Fined is without costs. H. C. Wunsch was charged with failing to grant a half-holiday to his assistant. He pleaded guilty. Fined 20s, costs 7s, crvrti. < E. Piggot v. W. Trask. Mr Ray applied for an adjournment to 30th August. Granted. P. Hennessy & Co. v. A. Reeve. — Claim £15 12s nd. Mr Hennessy applied for an adjournment to next Court day. Granted. E. Osborne v. Meti. No appearance of plaintiff. Case struck out. E. Osborne v. Rewiti. No appear* ance of plaintiff. Case struck out. A. Henderson v. C. R. Wilson. — Claim £5 6s. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for plaintiff by default with costs Bs. • T.
