Wellington Wool and Skin Sale.
» - Messrs Levin and Co. Limited, report :— We offered to-day 85 bales wool and 800 skins The wool was. chiefly crutchings, and as the quality was superior to what has been offering so far this season we obtained advanced prices for these lots. For inferior crutchings the market was however weaker. Skins were weaker also. We quote:— Crutclrngs— superior, Sfd to 4d ; medium, BJd to Bsd; inferior, 2sd to Bd. SkinsCrossbred full-wool, 4sd to sd ; halfcv wools, 4£d to 4|d ; short wools, Qfayto 4d ; dead, 8d to BJd ; hoggets, rid to4sd. .
