Edward Broadbent pleaded guilty to obstructing Constable Kidd while in the execution of Ma duty, and was fined 20s, costs 7s. William Loft pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour in Main street and was fined 20s, costs 11s, and witness 6s, in default seven days' imprisonment. Allen White pleaded guilty to having refused to quit the licensed premises of Mr Hunter, and was fined 5s and costs 13s William Elliott for committing a breach of the peace was fined ss, and costs 9s.'
