Monday, 7TH May.

James Lovell and James Murray were charged withcommitting a breach of the peace by fighting in Main-street on Saturday night last. The former was emiyicted and discharged, and the latter was fined ios or 4 days' imprisonment. James Murraiy was also charged with assaulting George Brooker and was fined aos or 14 days' imprisonment. George Brooker was fined ioa or 4 days' imprisonment for fighting in Main-street. , ■.„ Thomas Hay ward, for being drunk in Main-street, and having a previous conviction recorded against him, was fined ios or 48 hours' imprisonment.
