] CRIMINAL.
Three small boys were brought before the Court charged with theft and receiving stolen property. Ihe accompanied by their parents, their ages ranging from 8 years to 14 years. The boys pleaded guilty, and having been duly admonished the boys were convicted and ordered to come up for judgment when called on William Knapp for using obsene language was convicted and sentenced to seven days hard labour. Ateriti -'ewiti charged \rihi Mohi witb using insulting language and after evidence had been given the case was dismissed. SOHOOL CASES. The following parents were fined for not sending their children to school:— Walter Richmond 2s and
■MMi>--------_-_-----l horsehire 7s 6d ; Wakefield 2s ; Hans Andreason 23 costs 7s ; John Overend _s ; John Harris 2s ; John Forster 2s ; John Walls 2. The following parents were summoned and their cases dismissed, the children having been sick : John A. Smith, Henry Coley, Bertha Jukes (4), Alfred 4
