On Tuesday night next, 24th April, we are to have a surprise in the visit of the clever child-mimic, whose name for the past two years has been almost a household word in New Zealand. Little Phyllis Perrier has entertained Lord and Lady Eanfurley at Government House, and has caused nigh and low to laugh, having laced crowded audiences everywhere.
