» A meetiag of the above Club was held at the Manawatu Hotel on ■ Tuesday evening. Mr L. Fame occupied the chair, md the minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed. The secretary was instructed to write to the Horowhenua Union agreeing to play matches, providing return matches were played. Mr Yoltz was appointed as assistant secretary. A deputation was appointed to wait on the Racing Club authorities for use of ground for playing during season. Messrs Desmond and Monroe were 1 appointed to get the ground ready for play on Good Friday morning. It was resolved that Messrs G* Edwards and G.
