(Before Messrs Thynne and Fraser, J.s P.
Thomas Collins, charged with using obscene language on the racecourse was convicted and sentenced to fourteen day's imprisonment with hard labour.
Thomas Collins, for resisting the police, was fined 403 or 7 day's imprisonment. Bentences to be concurrent.
James Murray, for committing a breach of the peace, was convicted and discharged with a caution. William Elliott, for committing a breach of the peaoe, was fined 59, or 24 hour's imprisonment.
William Elliott, for resisting the police, was fined 403, or seven day's imprisonment with hard labour. Jrmes Kelly, charged with being drunk was fined ss, or 24 hour's imprisonment James Kelly, charged with a breach of the peace was fined 10.*, or 48 hour's imprisonment with hard labour.
Edward Dwyer, charged with drunkenness, being the third conviction within 6 months, was fined 203, or seven day's imprisonment. »
