There are four big departments in the Arsenal. These are the Eoyal Gun Factory, the Royal Laboratory, the Eoyal Carriage Department, and the Building Works. The yearly value of the work done in these four departments average about two and a quarter millions sterling, or, to put it in another way, £25 per hour. (To be«oncluded.)
