Acceptances for first day's races close on TUESDAY, January 16th, 1900, at 9 am. Entries for Maiden Hack Race (first day), and Electric Haok (second day), and nominations for Maiden Hack Hurdle Handicap (second 4»y), close on TUESDAY, January 16th, 1900, at 9 p.m. Weights for second day's races will be declared on Saturday, January 20th, 1900, at 8 p.m. Acceptances dose «ame evening at 9 80 p.m. Jftfinition of a Hack.— A. Haok means a hone that has not won a race of the value of 80 soys, or races of ,fhe collective value of 150 soys since Ist August, 1899, and has never won an advertised raoe exceeding the net sum or value of 40 soys (Haok and Hunter races exoepted). Every entry must state the name, or assumed name of the owner or owners, and the name, age and, pedigree and description of the horse, together wilh the colors of the rider. The advertised fee must in every ease accompany nominations and acceptances. All races to be run under the " Ruleß of Racing."
