The " particular service " squadron recently mobilised by the Admiralty at Portsmos& lias been ordered to proceed to Gibraltar, and there join the Channel squadron. Much speculation has arisen in consequence as to the import of the movement. The newspaper " Truth " states that the Queen intends to visit the Prussian Court in April next. The Emperor of Germany, accompanied by the Empress and members of his family, left Sheerness on Thursday amid great enthusiasm.
