The Gaiety Company.

We remind our readers that this talented company begin a short season of two nights here to night when the hall should be packed to witness their performance. It is not often that we are visited by such a talented company of variety artistes as this one Mr Dix intends to introduce to us to-night. The Leslie Brothers are a show in themselves. Their musical sketches 11 Waiting for the Train," " Fun in a Barrow," etc., have to be seen to be appreciated. Mr Fred Leslie's cornet solo " Killarney," calls forth rounds of applause, so with such talented artists as these something out of the common may be expected. Mr D. H. Caston is an English artist from the leading London halls, and his songs and dances are sure to score, Messrs Collins and Browne are a pair of Irish and Dutch comedians of high order. The Andrew sisters are seen to advantage in "The Lover's Quarrel." Miss Ida Thomas, Mr Ralph Scott and Mr Walter Smith all go to make up a very fine evening's entertainment. The company play here for two nights, when there should be crowded houses to witness their performances.
