The Gaiety Company.

The above company will perform here at the Public Hall on Tuesday 28th, and Wednesday, 29th November. It is not often that we are visited by such a strong company as the one Mr Dix is bringing before us. They have been performing in the City Hall, Auckland, for the past eight months to crowded houses, Both press and public have been loud in the praises of the several artists. The famous Leslie Brothers are said to be a show in themselves. They are musicians of the highest order and first -cla^ss comedians. Mr D. H. Caston is an English artist from the leading halls in London, he is a character vocalist, top boots, buck and wing dancer. Messrs Collins and Browne are another clever team of Irish and Dutch impersonators. The Andrew sisters are a pair of chic seri'i comic and sketch artists. Miss Ida Thomas, the queen of terpsichorian artists, and Mr Ralph Scott, the popular baritone, including ojher wellknown artists. The music will be under the capable supervision of Mr » Walter Smith, R.A.M. With such a

company of talented artists Mr Dix is sure to be accorded a hearty welcome in Foxton. Mr Roy Wescbrooke, who is in advance, has done all that could be desired to make the opening a big Isticcess.
