The German Emperor.
The German Emperor's visit to England is viewed with popular disfavour in Germany.
The Emperor of Germany landed at Portsmouth on Monday. He met with a great reception.
Eight British torpedo destroyers escorted the Emperor's yacht Hohenzollern, while a special squadron saluted at Spithead. The Duke of Connaught welcomed the Royal party at Portsmouth. The Queen and Prince of Wales received the visitors at Windsor.
