Notice is Hereby Given, that at a Special Meeting of the Foxton BoroKjrh Council, held on the 6ib day of November, 1899, it waß re sofved to tnake By^Laws of the Borough defining " Heavy Traffic," and limiting the loads to be darned on each pair of wheels of every Vehicle, Engine, or Machine on all Streets, Bridges, Ferries, and Fords, under the carei.&ifltrolf or management of ihe said Council. The tioads to, be carried. shall be as follows !— On Vehicles, Engines, and Machines, the wheel tjres of which do not exceed three inches in width, the load on each pair of wheels shall not exceed one ton avoirdupois} and on Vehicles, Engines, and Machines^ the wheel tyres of which are not more than three inches, Jbtifc less than bJx inches in width, the load on each pair of wheels shall not exceed one and a half tons avoirdupois. A copy of the said By- Laws is deposited at the Office of the Borough Council, F< xton, and is open for inspection during < ffioe hours. It is intended to cot-firm the said By»Lawß at a Special Meeting, to be heH on Monday, the 11th d»y of December next ; and the said ByLawa are to come into force on tht Ist day of January, 1900. R.
