Great Land Sale. * On Tuesday next at the Exchange Land Auction Rooms. Wellington, Messrs Macdonald, Wilson & Co. will offer for sale by auction seventy-one building sections in Levin, being those sections on the main road and the railway line that have been only occupied on suffrance. The sections are nearly all good business sites and will probably be well competed for and the terms of purchase are exceedingly liberal.^ The bridge now building over the Manawatu river at Wirokino should assist the sale, as it will give the settlers at the inland township of Levin a good access to the port of Foxton. To those who have money to invest it would appear that this should be a good chance of securing a profit at a future date.
