Weights for second day's races will be declared on Saturday, January 20th, 1900, at 8 p.m. Acceptances close same evening at 9 30 p.m. Definition of a Haah.— k Hack means a horse that has not won a race of the value of 80 soys, or races of the collective value of 150 bo vs since Ist August, 1899, and has never won an advertised race exceeding the net sum or value ot 40 soys (Hack and Hunter races excepted).
