Three thousand Boers are at Bethulie on the railway between Spriogfontein and Steynsberg, in the extreme South of the Orange Free State.
The Naval contingent is stationed in the disaffected district south of th Orange River, in Basofculand. Thft cable between Dalagoa Bay and Mozambique Is interrupted. An impression prevails that Ladysmith is isolated. No cable? have been receivpd since Tuesday evening.
