PROCLAMATION BY PRESIDENT STEYN.
Another attempt is being made by the Boers to stir up the Afrikander residents within the Cipe Colony md Natal to rebellion against the Bitisb Crown.
Presideut Steyn, of the Orange Free State, has issued a proclamation summoning all colonial* of Dutch descent to come to the aid of their brethren in the Republic*.
