The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry a 101 b penalty. Nominations for all events, except Maiden Haok Baoe (first day), and Maiden Hack Hurdle Handicap and Electric Haok (second day), close with the Secretary at I' ox ton on THURSDAY, January 4th, 1900, at 9 p.m. Weights for first day's races will be declared on or about 12th January, 1900. Acceptances for firat day's racefl olose on TUESDAY. January 16th, 1900. at 9 p.m. Entries for Maiden Haok Baoe (first day), and Electric Hack (second day), and nominations for Maiden Hack Hurdle Handicap (second day), close on TUESDAY.
