(Before A. Greenfield, E^q., 8.M.) THIS DAY. Ernest Dutbon was charged with discharging firearms within the Borough of Foxton. Mr Frank Dudson the father of defendant adnoilted the fact and urged as an excuse that the gun was fired to clear a crop. The S.M. said J he By law must be upheld and inflicted a nominal fine of one shilling without costs. An application was made by the police for a prohibition order against Walter Alzdorf to apply to all licensed houses in Foxton. No Bppearance of defendant. Order granted.Tho cases of L. M. McCarthy and others against T. Wesfcwood and L. M. McCarthy against T. Wpstwood were adjourned to the 18: h November. Foxton Borough Council v. T. Cooper. Rates. • .
