The "Old Times" Private Boarding House.

» To-day we were shown over the Pri--1 vate Boarding House just opened by Mrs Harris, and we note that very comfortable accommodation at a rea* sonable cost can be obtained there. The bootshop has been converted into a large, light, and cheerful dining , room, and off it is a small comfortable sitting room for the boarders. Upstairs the bedrooms are scrupulously clean, and ten beds are provided. Mrs Harris and her family have their bedrooms in a detached building at the back of the house. To those who want a clean and cheap lodging we can honestly recommend their interviewing the landlady of the " Old Times " Boarding House. I Mrs Harris will have afternoon tea , and cakes ready tor lady visitors to I town, and supper every evening for the men. Mrs Harris' opening experience has been a very happy one, as on Saturday night her house was full, and her suppers drew many last night as well.- We wish her every success, as we believe further accommodation of ! this class is much needed.
