The Sale of Work.

We again remind our readers that the sale of work and promenade concert will take place to-morrow afternoon and evening, and is likely to be well attended. Part of the receipts will be applied towards the payment of interest on the new' schoolroom of the Methodists, in which the sale will be held, and the balance to help out any of the funds that need assistance. The pleasant feeling that exists between church people of whatever denoniination residing in this district assures the promoters of assistance outside of their congregation, and this is as it should be. The Brass Band has agreed to play some selections in the evening outside, and some of the members will give an instrumental trio in the hall. Mrs Woollass, and Mrs J. Banks, of Moutoa, will sing, as well as Mr S. Ennts.
