THIS DAY. (Before E. S. Thynne and All Frasw, Eiqrs., J.s P. Henry Robinson was charged with being the owner of a horse found trespassing on the FoXtOO Bailwal line. . ... Accused pleaded gailty and said the horse had b9en put into his brothers paddook bat had got out. He bad sent him away to the swamp. | This being the first offence of ths kind for many months that had been, brought before the Court the accused was fined 5 shilling* and costs nine shillings. Prohibition orders were granted forbidding the sale of liquor to John O'Connell and James Shore,
