A French steamer has arrived in Delagoa Bay, where the eastern railway to the Transvaal has its terminus, with sixty three cases of ammunition for the Transvaal.
The Mouuted Polioe of Cape Colony ate guarding the bridge-* over the f 1 ontier streams on the railways leading to the Transvaal aud Orange Free State. The natives of Basutoland, which is situated to the southeast of the Orange Free State, are threatening that Sfc ite wi'h attack.
