Jackson and Co. in conjunction with Messrs Abraham and Williams, report on their last Johnsonville sale :— We had our usual yarding of fat cattle, consisting of a few pens of priirie bullocks, the balance being of inferior quality and not reaching the vendor's reserve, Sheep in full supply, were somewhat easier than last week. Pigs.— Only a few porkers were yarded. Ox beef made 15s per ioolb; cow beef, 13s to 14s. We quote : — Prime bullocks, £6 15s to £7 17s 6d ; others, £5 10s to £6 7s 6d ; light, half-fatted sorts, £4 15s to £5 2s 6d ; cows, £4 10s to £5 12s 6d. Sheep — Fat wethers, 13s 6d to 16s ; stores losto 10s 6d; fat ewes, 10s ud to to 12s 8d ; stores, 5s 6d to gs 6d : lambs 6s 3d.
