THE RETURN OF DREYFUS. A'fred Dreyfus, who over four year3 ago wa3 degraded from th« French army, in which he was a captain of artillery, and exiled to Guiana, on a charge of having com municated secrets to a foreign Power has reached his native lund once ogiin. A French cruiser conveyed thp pii-ioner from the penal settlement where he was confined, calling at Modiira en route. The famous prisoner was landed at Q liberon, a small fibbing town in the department of Morbihan, North west France. Before 6 ain Dreyfu3 was con veyed north and lodged at Rennes, in the Department of Ille et Yilainp, where the fresh court martial is to re-hear his case. There were very few puraon^ present on the prisoner'^ arrival either nt Qiilberon or Bennei, and no dpm^nstratien was nude.
