It dow appears that the Turkish Government hoodwinked the Powers when it stated that the Servian^ were the aggressors in the recent frontier encounter with Albanians at
Jablonica, in the Carpathians, and that the Servian Government had apologised to *h« Porte. It has been proved that he Tuiks were the aggressor, and that Servsa has addressed a violent) note to the Porte on the matter.
